Excel Sheet organizes data in a grid of cells, each identified by a unique address, Cells are arranged in rows (numbered) and columns (lettered).

Another way to find the reference. Find the column, in this case, "C" is the column name.
Then map the row, in this case "3", which gives us the reference of "C3".
